Calzones


Basic Dough Recipe for Calzones

1 ½ cup warm water
1 ½ Tablespoon sugar
1 ½ Tablespoon yeast
Mix together and sit until foamy or frothy

Mix in:
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
4 cups flour (2 cups white and 2 cups wheat)

Kneed together for five minutes
Let rise in a warm oven with a moist towel over it for 30 minutes.
* this recipe can be used for pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, etc.

Add your favorite toppings and sauces. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
